Terms of Service
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Precision Hobe Sound Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
Services Provided
Precision Hobe Sound Concrete provides concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties in Hobe Sound, FL and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Project estimates are based on site conditions at the time of inspection. If conditions change or additional work is discovered, we will provide updated estimates before proceeding. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or estimate. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.
If a customer fails to make payment as agreed, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property in accordance with Florida law. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve payment disputes before taking legal action.
Project Timelines
We provide estimated timelines for all projects. While we make every effort to complete work on schedule, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, site conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays as soon as we become aware of them.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work and provide warranties on labor and materials as outlined in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or modifications made by others. Any warranty claims must be reported in writing within the warranty period.
Concrete is a natural material that may develop minor surface cracks over time. Small hairline cracks are considered normal and are not covered under warranty. Significant structural issues will be addressed in accordance with your warranty terms.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their property and any existing conditions that may affect the work. You must ensure that our crew has clear access to the work area and that utilities are marked before we begin. You are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or homeowner association approvals, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
During the curing process, customers must follow our care instructions to ensure proper results. Failure to follow these instructions may void warranty coverage.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precision Hobe Sound Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about our services, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address any legitimate complaints. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly may be subject to mediation or arbitration in Martin County, Florida.
